I spoke at a sold-out event organised by Ekta Tejwani, Founder of Mumz – Tinder for Mums, for women at a crossroads in their careers. The target audience was people on a career break who, for whatever reason, were struggling to re-enter the workforce here in Hong Kong.

It all begins with an idea. In this piece, I analyze and discuss the gaps that exist in integrating women into the workforce in Hong Kong. I share a story about personal research that I conducted. I wanted to know about the obstacles that women in Hong Kong face when they return to work.
